About Robert Bill

Bob's diverse financial background gives him a unique ability to solve financial related problems for his clients. Prior to joining our industry, Bob was a commercial lending officer with Manufacturers Hanover in New York City where he developed business loans for metropolitan area companies. This experience refined Bob's financials skills to quickly focus on the core issues affecting his client's business, enabling him to identify and creatively solve their problems using risk management techniques. His strong network of professionals including accountants, lawyers, and bankers has also proven resourceful.
Bob joined the insurance industry with Chubb & Son in New York City, where he underwrote all lines of insurance with an expertise in Directors & Officers Liability, Fidelity and other financial and professional coverages. His grasp of the nuances of these products have allowed Bob to identify costly coverage gaps and negotiate favorable terms for his clients. Later, Bob joined Chubb's Surety Group where he serviced the bonding needs of some of the Metropolitan area's most prestigious contractors. His financial acumen and understanding of the surety underwriters thought process have provided the skills for Bob to deliver bonding capacity to a significant contractor clientele.
Bob is a graduate of the University of Virginia with a BA in Economics. In his free time, Bob enjoys coaching, golf and skiing.
